anyone know where the ECM is for a 96 Z24 2.4L

Heres the story......... It rained hard last friday and i accidently hit a puddle. Now i dont know about your guy's cars but mines runs HORRIBLE when the coil packs get wet well it runs horrible when i hit puddles period. Anyway i took the plate off to get to the coil packs and spark plugs and I dried it out by lubing everything. since friday i have been running off 3 cylinders. this has happened before but it never last more than 5 minutes. Its been 3 days now. I guessing the computer got wet if thats possible and if so i need to find a new one but im not sure where its located. (my ABS light is on and THEFT SYSTEM light is also on so i think the computer is junk anyway, and it has always bogged down bad when i put it in second gear in the morning or the first drive of the day) can anyone help me?

the ecm is located under the air filter in the wheel well.
