For the OBC you can try ebay-probably some available. But before you do that, what's wrong with the one you have? It may be a known fix.

Often times people think the OBC is totally broken when all they need are new back-light bubs. If you can see the display at night and it seems to work, the problem is just the bulbs, an easy fix.
