Definitely don't use bleach. Check in local stores and find a source for a bar of FELS NAPTHA. This is a bar of soap that will absolutely clean vinyl like no other product. I've used it for years and it is great. It might be hard to find, but keep looking, its worth it! Use it with a soft brush.
