has anyone heard of the single shot nitrous?

if ur talkin bout a quickshot type system that uses c02 looking cylinders then yes i have and i use it at the track to get out of the hole quicker. the shot last about 2 seconds. you can hold the unit unside down for a more forceful spray or just hold it upright and spray. i got mine for 50 bucks off of ebay. i love it. i am going to part with it though for i am moving up to an actual nitrous setup.

yea that's exactly what im talkin about. how much hp does it add and where do you get refills or cylinders?

it adds 30 horses. i have been told by some people that i know that you can get the cylinders at your local head shop. lol funny. people sometime use them in things called "whippits"

ya i got one too. for my corsica v6 auto it doesnt do to much. you can feel it but nothin drastic. i used it on my stock 89 crx si and you can feel it alot better! i ended up buying a 10oz bottle for it. and it came w/ a 30 shot nozzle. and it made my corsica quite a bit faster! but it feels way fast on my rex.

i can not stress enough dangerous that is if u are adding n2o without more fuel u run serious risk of detonation. those things are cheap peices of crap, and if u use em its just a matter of time till u go boom and ur 30 dollar investment becomes a 1k one for a new motor. get a real n2o system quit bitchin it

ur ghey. anything under a 50 shot does not require additional fuel or timing retard. learn the facts. and besides not all name brand nitrous systems add fuel to the nitrous stream.

viper, what do you mean with the quickshot thing. I havent heard of this before and one thing that would make me soo happy is to have just a little boost out of the gate. So do you know of anywhere that sells them or have any more info on them?

Ebay. They are 40 bucks. Just type Nitrous Oxide or something similar..
