95 apperance help

I have a 95 Grand AM and i am planning to perform two mods to it and i need your guys opinions.

1 mod is custom tail lights. I have a gt tails and i already cleared them, but i am trying to find how to do this (from this site by Pontiac GA) to my Grand AM

2 mod is a hood with hood scopes. I know Andy's have one and so does FX, but is there any other websites out there that have one for my car.
Or where can i find this hood from?
