4T60E trans loses drive and reverse

I have 1993 olds 88 with 4T60eE transaxle, When it gets warmed up it loses all gears, (acts like in neutral). Could this be electrical?

Already did that , ran ok for three days then same thing. Ran scanner on car. It said vehicle speed sensor was shorted, so I replaced it. Still the same. If you turn car off for about 30 secs. then restart it will go in gear for about 1 minute.May be ECM?
