Thinking of buying an 05 EB Expedition, Any good?
I am thinking of trading in my 2000 chevy Astro for a brand new 05 EB expedition. Has any one had major problems with it. My cousin's girl friend has one and she loves it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Thinking of buying an 05 EB Expedition, Any good?
I maintain a fleet of Expeditions. Yes, many problems too numerous to mention. Note: they did redesign the cylinder heads so they won't blow spark plugs out.
justatech must work for Ford. They think everything is a "small problem" I suppose burning Expeditions are not major problems. As are $500 control arms, and $750 shock absorbers. And brand new vehicles that need two or more alignments and wheel balancing before they get 10,000 miles on them. What about burned out rear wiper motors, that Ford won't cover under the extended warranty? What about the hideous gas mileage? Rapid tire and brake wear? Keep the Astro. Going from it to an Expedition would be a dissappointment... |

I have a 99 Expedition and not a day goes by I wish I never would have bought such a gas hog lemon. But maybe they actually made a new model worthy of selling. I doubt it. You name it I've had a problem with it.
