Also both are 5spds and the drivers are equaly experienced.

I'd say the 2000 since the TB spacer does nothing really in a FI car, it would have to be the whole intake spaced off the head to make a diff. unless the injectors direct fire into the compression chamber, then nothing helps. TB spacers just give the air/fuel more time to mix before the combustion chamber. in a FI car the fuel is delivered JUST before the valves, so the TBspacer cant really do what it's intended to do.

depends on really who weighs more.... or whose engine is properly functioning like whether the injectors are spraying or squirting... minor things really... since its the same motor and mods..
