jdm d15b2 vtec?? never heard of it. umm, u may just need the ecu for that motor and then wire it up for mpfi, yes u need a resistor box, dont think u need a cluster, fuel pump or down pipe tho

Good choice in motors first of all. thats what I'm putting in my rex this spring. As for ecu, you can use the d16z6 ecu as well as the d15b2 vtec. As for wiring you can use your stock harness, but you need an obd0 to obd1 adapter harness. You can look on ebay or do an internet search. shouldn't run you more than 120 though. use your own downpipe and fuel pump. Good luck... how about posting us some pics of your progress as you go.

Re: D15B2 DPFI to JDM D15B2 VTEC MPFI on an 88 crx...i need some help!

ok. there is no such motor. if ur talking about the jdm d15b than yes. not b2. thats the usdm motor. jdm motors dont have the numbers at the end of them. atleast honda. im doing this swap next week.ok if you goin to convert to obd1 than u can use the p28 and the dizzy, enjecters. first thing is too do the dpfi to mpfi changeover. you need to run a z6 resistor box. make sure u get the female and male connecters.you need to do the obd1 wiring harrness, good luck if you dont know what ur doing. im not goin to do the obd1 converssion. its a headache. im running a pm6 ecu dizzy resistor box and injecters. im using the apexi vafc to controll the vtec engagement. i hope u know what ur doing.i think the 4thgencivic site has the instructions for the mpfi conversion.can u explain ur b2 motor.is it a mini me
