Service Light ON / Air Conditioning problem

Halooo i'm so lucky because found this website.. hopefully i can settle my problem with help from members over here... thanks

i'm having a 316iA...
i bought this vehicle with the service warning lights ON and the Air conditioning with some problem... now it turn to deep trouble for me.....
at first the A/C system not cold at times while i'm driving...
And Now when i turn ON my blower, the fuse blow immediately...

i found out that the A/C recirculating button and a/c compressor switch
is lack of some wiring, what i mean is the wiring has been cutted off by the prvious owner... so i not sure whats going on...
i dare not to dismantle anything before i get the A/C wiring diagram.
Can any member over here help me by giving some ideas on what is going on to my car ? i need some solution to solve this problem...

Anyone here know how to reset the service indicator lights without using any special tools?
