well, it was time to change the plugs on my 3.2 Amigo.
I started with the first 5 (the easy ones) the plug boots popped right off with little effort. Took about 45 mins to do them. then I started with the one by the master cyl. Got the screws out of the coil easily. Then the twisting and tuggin and twisting. after about 15 mins the coil popped off. No big deal since they are suppose to. The I spent ANOTHER HOUR! tugging and pulling. I even took a pliers to the damn thing. Still nothing. I'm going to let it rest, watch the packer game, put on like 3 band-aids and tug some more. I hate to take this stupid thing is to the deal for one plug, but right now that is what it looks like. I'm sure this is pretty much my only options now. -Ryan

Re: 2000 spark plug help
GOT IT! After typing up my gripe, I went back down and thought about it. I knew I could get my fingers under the rubber so I thought I could also get a string under it too and yank it up. And it worked! 10 minutes later I was all buttoned up and ready to roll. I'm going to do a mini write up and post a picture of them tools I used. This should of took an hour. -Ryan

Good idea with the string Ryan! How did the old plugs look? I think the main thing is to get them out & at least antiseize them. Glad to hear you got it done.

Re: 2000 spark plug help
They looked ok. A little white soot on them. All of the plugs had oil on the treads (which they should'nt). The gap was 0.05 instead of 0.04.
I'm glad I got them out. They spun out well.
