Overly sensitive/uptight mods

Is it just me, or are some of the mods here really fuckin' uptight? Certain mods like to criticize others, or criticize threads, but the minute you do it to them they get all defensive, or act as if they are suddenly above you and beyond reproach. It's more an annoyance than anything, but geez, lighten up ya pansies.
