Careless Driving Tickets in NJ
is there a way to fight this? i barely hit someone on the back and only got minor scratches on our cars. they didn't care so it was all good...only thing is, it's a nj law that you automatically get a ticket for hitting someone in the back. i talked to the cop and he said i could fight the ticket and say im not guilty because no one was injured. anyone know anything about this? help?
