Where should I go?

I have a break planned from 4th March to 13th...Where should I go? Got any ideas on places to get away.

I was thinking QLD would be good, but alas, I'm not sure whether I should be splurging considering I haven't had any final words about what is happening at work.

Anyone know of any good remote spots to get away, go to the beach or whatever.

Another options is maybe head down to jervis bay. ofcourse can't take my car.

Might end up veging at home, or taking short trips here, and there.

Hahahahahaha

I'd suggest Fremantle. WA is absolutely awesome and Fremantle and Perth are fantastic. Head down to the Karie forests off Pemberton, or up past Geraldton to Monkey Mia. Fanatastic beaches, especially if you go out to Rottnest. If you do go, there are some great places to relax at and the weather is fantastic.

Of course, it depends if money is an issue

WA sounds good...but probably not viable at this stage.

Might just go for day trips

I found that heading up into the mountains is fun. Day trips or two day trips up past Katoomba are always relaxing.

Damn, I'd forgotten about Jenolan... it must be over 12 years since I last went there I think but I used to love the tours out there.

There's always plenty of fun places in NSW to head out to... I always dig out my touring atlas to see what's good

Yep, and there is also Jervis Bay too!

Still havent been on that camping trip it got cancelled, well postpone to next week by my cousin....and he told my sister, so that I'd have a better chance of going next week.

I was like ummmmmm??????? perhaps he should have consulted with me first to see if I was working. Can't swap days off, already asked for the following weekend off. Go figure Although he has been acting a bit weird lately, and I'm still a bit pissy at him. Former best friend and he forgot my birthday

Ouch... former best freind before or after he forgot? I have to write birthdays down otherwise I'd forget them too... fortunately my best friend's not into celebrating b'days... part of her religion I understand... then again, she's head over heels at the moment, so the friendship isn't as full on as it was... understandable somehow

We've been best friends the last few years since my grandmother past away. He helped me heaps through the crap I went through in Uni. We've grown apart the last year or so, because I'm working when he's off, and he's been getting into rockclimbing.

don't get how he can tell my sister that its more important for me to make the camp, so he postpones it to next week, but doesn't even check to see if I'm off

I've got a few best friends, but seriously the last year....he has no idea the amount of times I've been annoyed at him

I sent him messages yesterday saying it was too hard to organise with about 5 different people, and told him another time. Sent me a message today apologising and saying he already organised climbing for sunday.

I didn't reply. Not happy Jan

Oh, and don't ever ask me "what's up?"

I hate it when you call someone and thats how they reply. My cousin started doing this at one stage, and it used to infuriate me, because it would always imply, get the point and get off the phone.
