rim identification - what are these?!

can somebody tell me what these rims are?

Can you get a closer shot? Look like 2pc wheels with welded billet centers, whatever they are. What does the center cap say, if anything?

Boyd Coddington makes some wheels like that, but he usually puts at least the name "Boyd" in the center or somewhere on the wheel.
