H22 into a 89 hatchback civic
What do I have to do and have to swap a h22 engine into my civic or is there a better engine this one has 200hp stock. thanks

yeah place racing has a half ass weld in kit.. Ive heard its very crappy and the engine is very weak-motor monts.
Check on hondatech.com to get some ideas. Well to get a h22a into a hatch is going to cost A LOT.. I dont think that you understand that like 200hp. in a 4thgen is very quick due to the low weight of the car. Id look into getting a b16a, or even a b18c(gsr engine or a tpye r if you have a high credit limit.) |

just get a B18c.....180hp outta the box....then boost it.....you'll have a 220-240 hp car no problem....and it should cost you the same.
