Chips?

I have a 87 Monte Carlo SS, I know I can't program the comp. myself, where can I find an already programed chip? If I want to keep the 305, but my plan is to make a 383 stroker out of it..

Thanks for any ideas!

i can't help you with the chip but i want to caution you about the 383. a few years ago i had a 2wd chev silverado and wanted to rebuild my 350 into a 383. i talked to shops and motor head friends of mine and everyone told me that they don't last.

im not saying that they are not good engines, just wanted to share what i was told about them.
