if this is a actual post and not a joke here is some heads up. i don't believe there is a sr20dett engine. i guess in theory if you ran a twin turbo set up you could, but anyway. most people would freak out i think. i will just shed some light on this:
sr = series type (ka 240sx, rb skyline, ca 180sx, etc...)
20= 2.0 liters, such as ka24 is 2.4 liters, and so on
d= mean twin cam (if sohc then no d)
e= electronic fuel injection
t= means turbocharged

so by saying sr20dett you are implieing that is it twin turbo. to my knowledge nissan didn't do that with the sr20 they only did the rb26dett and vg30dett(300zx twin turbo). could be wrong, but i could be right. anyway just wanted to clear that up for you. happy hunting for your s-chassis car and you motor.

Re: want to find a sr20dett

For christ sakes people search. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t191540.html
There is not such thing as a stock TT but these guys modded it later. But You're probably not gonna be able to buy an SR20DET. And driftsiliva, I don't even know why I'm answering because you couldn't be bothered to search either automotive forums or just google. If you go to google and type in SR20DET you can find TONS of sites about it and selling it.

Re: want to find a sr20dett

They didn't make an SR20DETT. They made the SR20DE and SR20DET. People just put another turbo on. Yes, somewhere somehow you can buy one. From what you said it seems your new to the car scene. Sorry if you are but unless your rich you better start saving for the motor/swap. Its not cheap and I can't give you a price estimate because it depends on where you go. Some places will sell you the motor and swap it for two grand and others will say, "You buy the motor, we will drop it in". Then you pay them for the labor. Yes there are places around my area that would do it for two grand although I would never take my car to them nor would I ask them for advice. Just curious though, what car do you drive at the moment?

They must have used lawn mower turbos if they are only getting 1 liter of exhaust each. But it doesn't look like that engine was ever meant to be anything but a show motor anyway.
