Hi everyone. I have a new 2005 Keyless entry remote with built in key from a totaled 2005 Jeep. I want to program it to work on my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee so that I have an extra remote, I only have one. Any suggestions?
Thanks |

Re: Remote Keyless Entry Problem
I don't even know if this is possible, they scramble the codes on those things so that no two can share one, eliminating the possiblity of theft, crossed signals, etc.

Re: Remote Keyless Entry Problem
YUP, them Sentry Keys are a good thing, but they are not interchangable and a bitch to get (only through dealer) and they have to match serial numbers and crap like that on the sentry system.
