Washer fluid leaking head light Washer

I have a 1999 Discovery and after filling the washer fluid up i noticed it's
dripping out the passenger side headlight washer. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Hi its not the washer jet is a one way valve under the bumper follow the thick black tube back from the jet towards the bottle you will find a t shaped valve this neds replacing
