bout the 05' gto
will the 05 gto have a sunroof. plus will the back seats go down ?

No and no.
The 05 will be identical to the 04 except for the hood scoops, LS2 400HP engine and dual exhaust out both sides of the rear. Other than that the 05 interior is identical to the 04. The 06 will be the one that has some significant changes both body wise and interior.
