Smile Hello Everyone

My name is Ed. I am a HUGE Mustang fan and post on many Stang sites. I have modded my 92 Mustang into a soon to be 10 second all motor (347) drag car that I still drive on the street.

HOWEVER, I also own a 99 Windstar and that is the vehicle that brought me here. I did a google search for Windstar information while I was working on the upper intake gasket replacement today and it brought me here. I try to do most of the work on my vehicles but when I get stuck, I go online for the answer. Ford was going to charge me $800 to replace my upper intake gaskets, plugs, plug wires, air filter and fuel filter. I about laughed in his face. I took my vehicle, bought the parts from O'Reillys and had the vehicle fixed in a couple hours. However, I did have a problem and am trying to find the answer. So I posted in the Windstar forum after I registered. I got an e-mail sending me here to say 'hello', so 'HELLO EVERYONE!'

Now will all the Windstar experts move over to the Windstar forum and give a guess as to what the problem could be? I am starting to lean towards ignition or a vacuum leak. Thanks.

Ed
