V6 cylinder - does the porsche flat6 (GT3 anyone?) count as a 180degree V...? i'm partial to the alfa romeo 3.2 and the honda 3.2 (NSX).
not particularly powerful but they do sound good....
V8 cylinder - everyone's gonna say ferrari but don't forget the massive torque of the audi S4's V8 or the TVRs little V8.

V10 - i can only think of 3 V10s, porsche carrera GT, new M5, lamborghini gallardo (or should that be audi...?)
V12 - i'm gonna go with the lamborghini V12 just becaue i'm still in love with the countach LP400 and that poster advert.
if i could afford one, i'd have it displayed as a work of art...

I would probly go with either the 03 cobra engine.
* 4g63 is a flat out amazing engine. They are just flat out rediculously potent little firecracker. sr20det and 3sgte... eat your hearts out.
