Newer seats in older mustang

I've seen it done, 94-00 seats in a third gen fox 87-93. They're a much better design, does anyone know if the seats are a bolt in, or what modifications would be necessary to get the seats in?

There just a bolt-in but please try ot put things in the proper subform next time.
