HMMM answer these questionss....

Ok, i gots a couple questions, first of all, why do you guys put sr20's in your 240's if you know its ilegal? What happens if you get a ticket cuz the cop opens the hood? Also, how much do you pay per month for insurance (also list your age to let me know that)??? Thanks guys for how much you have helped me around here....

1. Because many places you can get away with it. I don't have inspections here in the part of FL that I live. So therefor I'd have no problem getting away with it.

2. Most cops aren't going to be able to tell a difference.

3. I pay about $184 a month (2200 a year) for just liability insurance with USAA. I'm 19 with my own policy. This is after many tickets though... When I first got the car though and didn't have any tickets, I was paying $900 a year for just liability. Don't do stupid shit with your car like I did and your insurance won't double.

i've never heard of a cop busting open a hood anywhere besides cali. if they do (even in cali) they don't have the right to pop the hood unless they have a warrant or permission to search your car for drugs.

i just got raped by my insurance company.. i've only been driving my 240 for less than 4 months and they want me to pay the last half of my premium by november 19th.. so i've paid $1900 already and they want the other $1900 by then 19th.. (just in case you're not so bright, my yearly rate is $3800CDN) so since i don't have 1900 fucking dollars i won't be able to drive my car after the 19th.. which is retarded cause snow won't come till a month and a half after that..

I hate the fact that insurance companies control 16-25 year olds by charging them obsurd amounts of money just to drive a fucking car.. and this can relate to pablo's buddy (rip) who was "racing" and had a very unfortunate accident, which seemed to be caused by the fact that the cars couldn't handle the way the driver was driving.. too many young guys with too little experience drive cars that can't handle what they have thrown at them and get in accidents.. its unfortunate but those guys are the ones who are costing 20-year olds like myself $4000 per year (with a clean driving record) to do something i love to do..

sorry about the rant and rave but that with the combination of 3 road ragers pissing on me for relatively RETARDED reasons (understatement of the year), the cops following me for the last 24 hours (nobody can figure out why, i don't deal drugs or anything).. i'm likely to rage on the world..

so in honor of the last 3 weeks of me being ALLOWED to drive my car, i'm going to get shitfaced tonight.. i know most of you guys love your 240s more than most material things in your lives so you must be able to imagine how tough its gonna be..

...or anything else.. maybe one of the law guys here can correct me but they can get warrants to search a vehicle that may have performance upgrades that their insurance company doesn't know about.. that would be called a certain form of insurance fraud i think.. and when i was at darknights this summer, i saw probably 5 of 6 cars surrounded by cops with the hoods open in parking lots near the markham fairgrounds... the cops also had huge trailers to tow multiple cars.. i think its easier to get away with swaps and shit in canada cause most insurance companies will only look on the exterior for mods.. ie. suspension, rims, bodykit, aftermarker accessories..

Incase you didn'nt notice, $900 x 2= $1800 not $2,200.

Ga they really don't give a shit, as long as you pass emissions, or have $120.00 to pat for a fake emission, which sucks casue you've got to pay it every year so as to renew your tag, or the last option is to list the car in the counties that don't test for emission, and then no more worrying.

No it isn't. But $184*12=$2208.
