DOHC ZC Valve specs

i need the valve clearence specs for the DOHC ZC. if anyone could help me out.

Intake -- 0.13-0.17mm (0.0051-0.0067in)
Exhaust -- 0.15-0.19mm (0.0059-0.0075in)

and heres the haynes manual for the dohc zc

How about the stock ones for a SOHC D16A6? I will need to adjust my valves, because I know that they're off.
