boost controller
i have 95 tsi was wondering if anybody has made there own boost contoller. i made this one last night http://www.geocities.com/chmwatson/FAQs/mbc.html and from what i get u have to turn in to increase boost well it works but its turned all the way in and im running 13- 14 psi, just figured it would be higher then that. do i need a bigger spring, ball bearing, or longer bolt???

Re: boost controller
I'm willing to bet your spring is too soft. You can only set boost as high as the spring pressure in the MBC. Try a stiffer one.

Re: boost controller
You did install it correctly and bypass the stock boost control solenoid, right? Check the tech article on DSMtuners for the proper install.
