Need Help with Alarm Problem ASAP!!!

Need Help!! With Alarm Asap!! A couple of weeks ago I lost the key to my 1997 Nissan Pathfinder. I got the key code from the nissan dealer and had a new key made. When I locked my door and then opened it, my alarm went off!! Now it wont let my truck start!! Every time I try to get in the alarm goes off!! And it kills my engine like someone is trying to steal it!! I called Nissan and they are clueless! Can anyone help with any suggestions?? I havent been able to drive in 4 days and I dont know what to do! I have pulled fuses and everything else I can think of!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh and I dont have the alarm key fob thing eitther!!
