Basic question --- Oil weight?
Hi all,
I know this might sound like a very simple question to some of you, but I am a relatively new motor face. I'm purchasing a brand new 2005 Civic EX next week, and am curious as to the weight of oil I should use. What suggestions do you have: synthetic/petro and weight. Thanks for the help, -Dave- |

Re: Basic question --- Oil weight?
well recommened spec for the car should be 5w-20, its your choice to use the synthetic or regualr oil. however, if you do wanna go further between oil changes and want the car to "last" longer, use the synthetic, but once you do, keep using it, dont switch back and forth.
