building a head

I have a d16y8 head that I plan to put on my dx block(mini me), however I have not decided whether or not I am going to turbocharge it. But I want to build it to withstand a turbocharger. Does anyone have and recommendations for the brand and size parts to use for the head build? I originally planned to do a Skunk2 spring set, with matching application retainers, locators, and locks(same brand if possible), Skunk2 valves, Manley valve caps(?????), Crower cam(stage 1),and a Venom cam gear.

Since I am asking, does anyone have any recommendations for what to use to build the block, (Crower, Eagle, Manley, etc. rods?)(JE, JDM, Spoon, etc. pistons?)

Also, what about the fuel system, I want to use the D-series type R intake manifold with this head and put a venom T-body on it with an OBX hi pressure fuel rail, 255lb. fuel pump, AEM hi flow fuel filter, 240cc injectors, I have a vortech FMU already but if I dont turbocharge I want to get a fuel pressure regulator w/ the gauge built to it. Would this be an acceptable fuel system settup for what I plan to do?
