Lighting Fx kits

Does anyone know if installing them in maryland is still illiegal? i really want to put red eurolites under my car but whats the point if i can't turn them on.

if the ban is lifting im doing it.

I thought this summed up my thoughts on the whole matter.

I spent almost an hour searching for something that stated light kits under cars were either legal or not legal in Maryland. I couldn't find anything. I would just probably give that number a call to check with them. Me, I know they aren't legal here in Minnesota so I see no reason to get a neon kit only to be used them when I am parked. I
