advice on offroad/ all terrain tires

I already know that I need new tires in order to pass inspection. If I didn't I wouldn't have this post. I do go out offroaind a little but not a lot. I ahve a 92 S10 Blazer 4x4 with the 4.3 in it. The tire size I need is P235/75/15. My question is this. I am tired of having highway tires and trying to go out in my vehicle. Which all terrain tire would work best for offroading in mud and water and such? My roomie has Yokohamas and he is tryign to sway me towards them. I only have about 600-700 I can spend to pass inspection for tires. So I can only get a tire that costs about 90 or below per tire. what does everyone suggest I look into getting? I have until December to decide.

I would look at the Bridgestone Dueler AT REVO as the best bet in that size. Other good options are the Yokohama Geolander AT Plus 2 or the Firestone Destination AT in that size. Those would be the three best bets. You can check them all out here:

Re: advice on offroad/ all terrain tires

Decided to go with the Bridgestone Duelelr III APT. It is a Sear's exclusive tire but oh wlel it will get the job done and still about a decent enough price for me.
