base or sh

Now that i have decided to get a 5th gen lude over a rsx s i need help deciding on a base model or sh. I would lovvvvveeee to have the ATTS however i know they are heavier. I also have heard that the ATTS will actually go out once your motor is putting out significant #'s. Which would definitely defeat the purpose of getting an sh since i do plan to modify. Also my last question is does the 5th en have an si lude or is that the same as the base? thanks for the help!!!!!!

I'd go Base over SH anyday.

No 5th gens have a 4th gen Si (h23 160hp) motor in them.

All 5th gens, both Base and SH, share the same motor as the 4th gen VTEC's (h22, 190-200hp, depending on year)
