1997 145k V6 4Runner Cylinder #2 problem
Hello, while driving around 35mph, noticed a sudden shake from the front end with a loss of go power. Slowly drove it to a Local mechanic who said it was a bad coil pack as cylinder #2 was misfiring badly, but should put new spark plugs and wires on first for cost purposes. While changing plugs/wires, he switched the 3 coils around and continued to find same problem of misfiring from cylinder #2. New wires and plugs have not helped at all, so much for his help. Any guess to what might be going on and treatment options? Thank you.
