btw just know you will NOT get a v8 sound, maybe close but you won't get it, without those 2 extra cylinders

Re: 1998 V6 3.8 Camaro Exhaust help

Right now all I have is a 160 degree thermo. I will be getting 3.42 rear end gears sometime in the next few months (after tires), and after that i might get exhaust, either Rumbler (proabaly, its $200 for the catback w/o tips) or Magnaflow. Look around the intake/exhaust section of camarov6.com tho, lotsa vids and sound clips.

Re: 1998 V6 3.8 Camaro Exhaust help

I can get that catback for 350... so i wanna hear/see dyno from that and TSP... I dont think itll be worth 150 extra tho, that could be an intake right there or a lot of programing

most 6 cylinder exhaust arent going to sound good at high rpms, it does sound a little ricey but nothing like compared to the huge single exhaust i see on cavelairs (sp?) and whatnot
