98 explorer headlight problem

My 98 Explorer's headlights stopped working. Everything else works (ie. parking lights, fog lamps, etc.) The High beam indicator stays on all the time but neither the high beams or the low beams work. On day I was pulling into a parking garage, hit a bump, and the left headlight came on but hasn't worked since. I have checked the switch and the autolamp sensor and they are good. The multi function switch does not seem to have any effect (doesnt do anything for the headlights) but still works for everything else.
