Is there any actual problem with lifting a 96 s-10 extended cab 2wd?
I have heard a lot of people snickering when I tell them that I am going to do this, but I don't know if there are any actual problems with it. Any advice?

same thought
hey man, i was thinkin about doin the same thing with my s-10.. i myself have a 96 s-10 4wd and want to put about a 4 inch lift and some knobbier tires on there. I havent heard too many peopl say stuff though, i figure it may not be as wide as the zr2 but it will still work. plus all my buddies are mechanics so they are goin to help me... let me know what u find out and decide.

Shouldn't be a problem. Heck, Ford did it with their Edge model Rangers.
