what would you do??
lets play out a scenario
someone give you 6000 dollars and tells you to buy a car and upgrade it to the fastest you can make it. what would you buy and what would you do to it?

Buy a cheap Honda CRX (probably 90'ish) drop in a B18C5 motor, trans, etc..Then add some performance parts to that, along with suspension, and a few little cosmetic things here and there. I think that would suffice enough with $6000. Who knows. That's just me. Late...

i guess it all jsut depends on your taste in cars, i would probably go with a 93 f-body for 3k, then stroke it 1500, then get a used blower around 1500.

72 VW bug, for 500. Then take 5500 and mod the hell out of it. 5k of that would go to a brand new turn key 3000 cc porche motor with turbo. That should push the bug pretty good. I should be around the 9 second or less mark in a 1/4 with that.

Talon Twin Turbo with a set of headers, 3" duals, cam & lifters, porting then pump up the turbo to 14psi and drag it
Talon=1500 Duals=300 Cam=150 porting=300 Blower=3000 Slicks=500 Total=5750
