Well, I don't think anyone here has that kind of money but you might try Diecastxchange.com. Contact the owner of the site, he may be able to help you out more than we can.
Also, must it be sold as a complete collection? Most diecasters I know like to buy piecemeal rather thank spending 30 thousand or so. The chances of you finding a buyer are slim.

u can start a small business on ebay selling that much inventory. but then u need photos...lots of it. ehe
oh btw- do you have porsche 904 by minichamp ? how much do u want for that ?
