Re: completed: rx8

From what i can see it looks like it turned out very well. Not one of my favourite cars, but yours looks pretty mean and aggressive. I always like black alloys too.

Got mine this morning (the Veilside one) and it looks very dissapointing, looks cheap & nasty & very few parts as you say. This kit has gone straight to the back of the cupboard & wont be seeing daylight for a long time !!!
Youve done a nice job on yours.

234kb are too big pictures. If I remember, 80kb is the limit per photo. You have to reduce that size. Hope you get them done.

i mean its like 10-20 parts to glue together and then its finished. not that i didnt detail it good. sure the body was ok but the rest of the kit is not good at all in my opinion, fujimi did really bad work on this model.

Re: completed: rx8

I'm quite dissappointed with Fujimi aswell. Their plastic is really waxy and doesn't seem at all like good quality. The parts are very sparse too. And then there was an engine with the car but the hood doesn't open. DOH!!
I have to think long and hard about buying another Fujimi kit.

Looks good, it's a shame the kit for that car is not much good because I really like RX8's. Next time you take pics of a model though, try to make sure the light source is in front of the car so you can see the detail!! (i.e. have your back to the sun)
