Serpentine Belt Keeps Breaking

I have a 1998 Towncar and the serpentine belt keeps breaking. I replaced it with most expensive belt from autozone and still same thing. It shreads after about one hundred miles. Any ideas?

Sounds like one of the pully's aren't turning.

the power steering pump pulley was loose and moving in and out a little bit. Should there be any play in it?
