getting rear bumper off

whats the easiest way to get the rear bumper off. I was at the junkyard trying to rip one off and all the nuts and bolts were rusted on tight, im going back with some better tools.

Also how many bolts am I looking at before it comes off?

its 8 bolts, WD-40 and an impact gun with a flex joint are your best friends. if not maybe a big breaker bar.

I alway's thought a 4 1/2" grinder with a hard wheel was my best friend... At least that's how I got them off, I ground their little heads right off...(Hey, it worked)
