Post Info - going to buy a 2001 4 Runnner

Hello all in Toyota land! I am intrested in purchasing a 2001 SR5 w/ sport package for my wife, could anyone tell me any imortant information about this truck? Also in a automatic is the shifter suppose to move back and fourth has you go over bumps in the road? Thanks in advance for responses!

Don't buy it if it shows hard use or off-road use. There are alot of really well-taken care of cream-puffs for 3rd gen 4Runners.

Thanks! The 4 Runner I am eyeing I dont think has ever seen a dirt road. The Truck is tight and quiet.
