1999 Ram tranny problems
About 6 months ago my speedo stopped working below 30mph and the ABS and brake lights came on. I know that this is related to the speed sensors. Does anyone know which of the sensors controls this (the front or the rear sensor or both). Also, now the tranny won't shift out of first gear. Could this be caused by a bad/dirty sensor?
Thanks, Bruce |

Re: 1999 Ram tranny problems
the ABS and BREAK lights, and no spedo is the rear speed sensor, but I doubt that is the cause of you transmission problem. if it were me, I'd have it scanned for trouble codes, that may point you in the correct direction.
