99 TA lights go up and down and grind when I hit the keyless entry on keychain...help

You need to change your gear/gears to brass gears instead of the cheap gears which have already worn a couple of teeth and thats whats causing that noise do to the motor grinding the gear due to the teeth not locking up when its in the closed position. Easy fix and they sell the kit on ebay. Good luck and keep us posted

Gears are stripped out, mine were grinding really bad. I replaced them with the Brass ones from http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/headlightfix/index.htm they are very high quailty and come with instructions and an install kit.
