15W-50 okay?

Dealer mistakenly put it in and says its okay, same as the recommended 5W-30 or 5W-40.

Will it harm engine. Should I redo oil change?

Dealers told me my car came with synthetic oil. What year is your car and what kind of oil did you use before?
