Don't laugh at me because I'm female, I just may be able to solve your problem. Check the TCC valve... been there done that! If not this then other possible problems... MAP sensor, bad plugs or wires, etc...
If TCC valve symptoms are, Car starts without any delays when cold, once reaches operating temperatures may stall when slowing to a stop, if stalls then wont start until cooled again, when first noticed TCC valve going bad, car would start when warm but with a delay, problem progressed to symptoms previously explained.
