1le
Hi my name Is Drew and I am a member of 2 other IROC sites, (IROCZ-post and LVFBODY) I have recently purchased a 1987 Iroc Z28. The person I bought it from swears its a 1LE. Now being that that option was not available until 1988 I have heard rumours that some may have been ordered in 1987, My car has the bigger rotors, bigger sway bars cam with a 350 700R4 and the seller states that there was no A/C in the car when he bought it. He is the second owner who bought the car in 1990. The original owner is deceased. My car has 1 RPO code that has my attention. 1AY which means "Stock Order Processing Option (Dealer Ordered Vehicle).
How can I find out if this car is truly one of the first special order 1LE's Thank you |

Re: 1le
It should have RPO code 1Le if it is, If it doesn't have this code on the build sheet its without doubt no 1Le.

Re: 1le
Hey Drew, this is GenocidalRS from iroc-zpost, I check www.camarosource.ca's database of RPO's and 1ay or 1le is nowhere to be found for the 87 year.
