aftermarket t-tops

Hi, I'm looking to buy a 70-78 Trans Am, I was wondering if there are any companies that make/install T-tops for them. It's hard to find T/A's w/ them and those go for a lot, so I'm looking into buying the T/A and then just having some put in t-tops. Thanks for your time guys.

Re: aftermarket t-tops

Most auto Glass shops in your area should install aftermarket T-Tops but 9 out of 10 leak so if you can find a original T-Top care even though they are hard to find. I think you will be happier.

I don't know to tell you the truth but if you call a couple places in your area you can probably get a idea of what they charge.

Also the big difference is the unseen.
In a factory car they add additional support in the I-beam. A aftermarket company may or may not, and if they dont! Well lets just say the weakest part in your car will be the I beam and when you torque your car it will/can break there.
