305 to 400 swap questions

hey. i'm a relative newbie to this and have a few questions about swapping my buddy's 400 sbc into my 79 camaro. my major delima is that he has an auto and i have a standard trans. From what I've found (from nastyz28.com) a stock 305 has a 10.34" clutch, which won't fit any aftermarket externally balanced flywheels that I have found. Also, I've heard that I may have to replace the starter motor. I've also seen 400 balancing plates for sale, but can't find any solid info about them and how they work. So... I'm trying to avoid buying a new flywheel, starter, and clutch, so would you guys help me out? What about buying an internally balanced crank, like this one --> http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33616

Also, what's the deal with 153 tooth vs 168 tooth flywheels. Thanks
